Pulse-PEMF
PEMF works Not as a cure, but as a helper, assistant and catalyst to stimulate the body's
innate intelligence to heal itself.
PEMF Therapy non-invasive, safe technology that uses magnetic energy to recharge your
body. Considered “energy medicine,” PEMF devices direct pulsed energy waves toward damaged or injured areas of the body. Essentially, PEMF sends these energy waves into your body’s natural magnetic field and ultimately increases the motion of electrolytes and ions that exist in your body’s tissues and fluids.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field ( PEMF) technology is a soothing and restorative modality, that
stimulates and exercises the cells to support overall wellness. Put simply, PEMF provides your cells with the energy they need to perform at their highest capacity. Body’s electrical and
electromagnetic fields frequently need to be balanced to maintain optimal health. Studies show that PEMF may help to: Optimize your body at the cellular level, by charging your cells so they can function more
effectively. Amplify your daily performance at home, at work and at the athletic level.
Detoxify - the detox work is done by the liver, intestinal tract, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system
and skin. Our liver is perhaps the main detox organ. Amongst many other duties the liver acts a filter for toxins and bacteria in the blood and chemically and energetically neutralizes these toxins converting them into substances that can go back in the bloodstream/lymph and be eliminated by the kidneys.
PEMF can improve liver, bowel, kidney and skin functioning by energizing to these organs of elimination so the body can achieve and maintain internal cleanliness. Besides enhancing Liver function, PEMF helps to open all the 4 main detoxification
pathways: Lungs, Skin, Kidneys and Colon. PEMF also enhances lymphatic circulation which is important because one of the roles of the lymph is acting as the body's sewage system.
Recover - PEMF supports body’s natural self healing and regulating abilities, charging the
cells with natural energy to better perform their many functions. Stimulates recovery from
muscle fatigue and discomfort after training. When whole body PEMF therapy is used, all the acupuncture points and meridians in the body will be stimulated at the same time, creating a balance of the meridian system and an improved flow of Qi or Chi. Relax - PEMF supports general relaxation of the body. Fundamentally PEMF helps the body to
slow down and relax and directly shifts the nervous system to more of a parasympathetic
response.
Recharge - with PEMF you will experience more energy naturally. Improving circulation is
considered one of the most essential mechanisms of the healing effects of PEMF!
- Delivers Nutrients
- Increases Oxygenation
- Improves Cellular Hydration - Boosts the Immune System
- Eliminating waste
All leads to a recharged body and mind!
PULSE TECHNOLOGY
Pulse PEMF manufactures the world’s leading PEMF technology with systems designed to
energize the mind, body, and life. Pulse’s exclusive accessories are made with human anatomy

Mito Red Light Therapy
Red light boosts cellular energy production.
The most well studied mechanism of action surrounding red and near infrared light therapy is
increased mitochondrial energy production in the cells. Mitochondria are tiny organelles that
are the energy power plants of all the cells in our body. Red and near infrared light therapy
helps the mitochondria create more of that energy.
The specific photons found in red and near infrared light interact with a photoreceptors within
our cells called cytochrome c oxidase. This interaction stimulates the mitochondria in our cells
to use oxygen more efficiently, which allows the mitochondria to produce more ATP (adenosine
triphosphate).
Adenosine triphosphate is a complex organic chemical that provides energy to drive many processes in living cells, e.g. muscle contraction, nerve impulse propagation, and
chemical synthesis. Found in all forms of life, ATP is often referred to as the "molecular unit of
currency" of intracellular energy transfer. When our cells have more energy, they simply perform better and the body follows suit!
- Supports collagen production and anti-aging Red and near-infrared light therapy has been widely researched and is a proven anti-aging, skin improvement tool that brings numerous positive effects to facial skin and skin all over the body.
Repairing damage from UV rays requires that skin be able to repair cellular and DNA damage,
much as it does when healing from wounds. Red light does this extremely well through
stimulating collagen synthesis and fibroblast formation, anti-inflammatory action, stimulation of energy production in mitochondria, and even stimulating DNA repair.
Red light Therapy stimulates both collagen and elastin production, eradicates lines and
wrinkles, as well as the appearance of scars, surface varicose veins, acne, and cellulite, red
light therapy is fast becoming recognized as a safe and welcome alternative to injections and surgeries for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.
Collagen is important, not just for giving us youthful skin, collagen is needed to keep the entire body youthful, resilient, strong, and vital. In fact, collagen is the most abundant protein in the entire body. Even more important than what we can see on the surface of our body, collagen is also what gives our muscles, skin, blood vessels, bones, and digestive system the healthy tissues that they need to keep us healthy, strong, and free from disease.
- Promotes wound healing and tissue repair
Near-infrared and red light therapy has been found to help close wounds, even wounds
resistant to healing, 20% faster and with less scarring. Near-infrared and red light therapy also
has proven to reduce the appearance of facial scars. It also increases circulation and the
formation of new capillaries. Increased circulation and the formation of new capillaries means
the wounded area receives more of the oxygen and nutrients it needs to initiate and maintain the healing process.
- Reduces swelling and inflammation
Red and near-infrared light therapy is highly effective in treating chronic inflammation. It
suppresses inflammation and production of inflammatory cytokines, and dramatically reduces
inflammation throughout the body. Red light has shown to decrease inflammation wherever
mitochondria are present, from the tissues to the joints and other specific organs of the body.
near-infrared and red light therapy powerfully down regulate the body’s inflammatory pathways.
This has profound implications for its potential role in disease prevention and longevity.
- Improves physical performance, muscle recovery and energy levels Red/NIR light with exercise makes a potent combination. Not only does red/NIR light help you recover faster, it seems to amplify everything that happens with exercise, increased muscle gain, fat loss, performance, strength, and endurance.
Studies show that both near-infrared and red light therapy can powerfully repair muscle tissue and help people perform better. It also helps the body get more benefits from exercise – both in terms of muscle gain and fat loss.
There is also research (albeit from animal studies) showing that near-infrared and red light may help prevent muscle loss that occurs with aging. Muscle tissue has more mitochondria than almost any other tissue or organ in the human body. So muscle tissue is particularly responsive to near-infrared and red light therapy. The muscles
are packed with mitochondria, because ATP is needed for every muscle twitch and movement, no matter how insignificant.
Through their effect on ATP production and cellular healing mechanisms, red/NIR light help individuals to recover more quickly from strenuous and resistance exercise, and even helps to prevent muscle fatigue during exercise. Studies provide evidence that near-infrared and red light therapy powerfully help prevent muscle
fatigue, enhance muscle strength and endurance, increase fat loss responses from exercise,
increase muscle growth responses from exercise, and promote faster recovery.

Infrared Sauna- Sunlighten mPulse 3 in 1
Rejuvenate your skin
Sunlighten infrared saunas help restore skin to a youthful appearance. The near infrared wavelengths are the most effective wavelengths for healing the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin. Near infrared treatments stimulate
collagen production to reduce wrinkles and improve overall skin tone. Far infrared waves increase circulation and detoxify the skin, helping regenerate and cleanse cells.
Detoxification Sweating is one of the body’s safe and natural way to heal and maintain optimal
health by helping to eliminate toxic heavy metals, drug residues and hormone disruptors. The far infrared sauna detoxification happens by heating the body directly, causing a rise in core temperature.
This results in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside. One direct result from detoxification is weight loss.
Studies have shown that benefits of an infrared
sauna session can burn upwards of 600 calories while you relax. Detoxification has also been shown to be helpful with colitis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, auto-immune disease, immune deficiency states, autism, ADD and
ADHD.
Pain Relief. Infrared sauna heat penetrates tissue, joints and muscles to relieve anything from minor aches and pains to chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
Pain management professionals incorporate infrared sauna heat therapy into treatment plans to decrease pain and muscle spasms and to speed up recovery
time.
Muscle Recovery & Immunity. Near infrared light therapy stimulates the circulatory system and more fully oxygenates the body’s cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle
recovery and strengthen the immune system. Another benefit of improved circulation from Sunlighten sauna use is quick muscle recovery – after your regular workouts. The increased peripheral circulation from our infrared heat
reduces inflammation, decreases pain and speeds healing, all important steps in
helping the body recover from strenuous activity.
Relaxation Infrared saunas have been designed with the utmost in comfort for greater
relaxation and stress reduction. Unlike traditional saunas which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing and therapeutic
heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep. Infrared sauna benefits include therapy that helps you relax while receiving an invigorating deep-tissue sweat, leaving you fully refreshed after each session.
Blood Flow & Circulation
The sauna heats your muscles with infrared rays and produces an increase in blood flow similar to regular exercise. The elevation in body temperature from a
Sunlighten sauna session also produces an increase in blood flow that mirrors
the benefits of a passive cardiovascular workout. Regular infrared sauna use –especially in the mid-infrared range – has been shown to significantly stimulate
blood flow, even after your health sauna session is completed.

Ice Water Therapy
Cold water therapy is the practice of using water that’s around 59°F (15°C) to stimulate health
benefits.
The practice has been around for long time, recent adaptations include ice baths, brisk daily showers, outdoor swims, and cold water immersion therapy sessions.
Cold Water Therapy is submerging the body under the cold water, from neck down, for a few second and up to 10 minutes, the resistance is build in time, with practice.
Ice Water Therapy combined with deep and slow breathing can boost cardiovascular
circulation, which is beneficial for a healthy heart, a strong immune system, well balanced
mental health, better sleep and higher levels of energy.
The immersion in ice water after hot sauna triggers the nervous system, activating both the fight or flight response and a calming reaction. Regular ice water therapy will help train your body to have less of a high alert response to life stressors and to find a deeper calm. The flood of norepinephrine into the brain, translates into enhanced relaxation, focus, sleep and mood.
In addition, cold therapy moves blood from the peripheral to deep blood vessels, thereby
minimizing inflammation and swelling.
Metabolites and waste products built up during exercise can be removed by the body and nutrients quickly replenished to fatigued muscles.
Heat up in the sauna, then dive in the Ice Water Tub for an invigorating and restorative session.
For athletes the practice of immersing the body in cold water to gain health benefits such as
improving muscle recovery, easing pain, lowering blood pressure and minimizing inflammation, will lead to reaching higher athletic performance as the muscle swelling and joint paint will be reduced.
Using cold water therapy decreases the temperature of the muscles, which slows that breakdown and gives the body a chance to more efficiently rid of that extra waste material produced during a workout.
Exercise Caution
In the initial stages of immersion, the cardio-pulmonary system can experience a type of shock due to the change in temperature. Because of this, this type of therapy should be avoided by people with a history of cardiac arrhythmia issues or autonomic dysfunction. The cold can affect the body’s sensory nerves and your response rate and potentially put you into a state of paralysis if you have these underlying issues.
If this is a type of therapy you are seriously considering and you have a history with either of
these issues, consult your primary care provider first.
